Description
Squid and langustine tempura with tamarind and carrot. When we saw this being prepared in the kitchen I mistook it for being a dessert, so when it arrived as dish number three I was slightly dissapointed. This was just amazing as everything else. What you don't see in this picture is a brown sauce in the middle underneath everything, which was my favorite.
