Nigel Slater's recipe for Mustard Lamb Chops, tried for the first time Saturday night. The gloop is a marinade of mustard, garlic, lemon juice and EV olive oil; you left the chops soak in it for a while and then grill (broil) them still in the sauce. Ciabatta, EV olive for dipping, wilted spinach on the side, ordinary Muscadet again. They were _magic_.
