Description
Photograph of German artist Josef Beuys giving a lecture. Beuys was a part of the Fluxus art movement. His lectures and chalkboard diagrams were an important part of his work in the 1960s and 1970s. Many of his lectures were political and sought to raise social awareness. In the 1970s the chalkboards from his lectures became art objects themselves.
