Description
Furthest from camera: the Fletcher 'Commando' - a six-passenger all
aluminum 'jeep' like vehicle. A prototype of a design by Wendell
Fletcher of Fletcher Aviation. Foreground: the Fletcher 'Flair', a 4
passenger 4WD vehicle. Both vehicles were all aluminum construction,
made to be amphibious and utilized a power train designed in
collaboration with Porsche. The two prototypes have now been united (in
2014) with the same owner after some 30 years!
