At approximately 21:21 on 24 November 2019, local media sources reported an airstrike on Al-Kiwan Hospital in Kansafra, Idlib.1 Local sources indicated the hospital was disabled as a result of this action, but no casualties were reported. Observers tracked at least one Russian fixed-wing aircraft departing from Hmemim Airbase and then flying in the vicinity of the town before the reported time of the strike. An Mi-8 (Hip) helicopter was also reported in the area shortly after the time of attack.
